The Superior 92511 ½ HP submersible sump pump can move up to 4200 gallons per hour at 0 feet and 3480 gallons per hour at a height of 10 feet. The housing and base of the pump are constructed of rugged cast iron for years of reliability. The impeller is made of thermoplastic and is corrosion resistant. The vertical float switch automatically turns the pump on when the water level reaches 8-1/2 inches and turns it off when the water recedes to 2 inches. By removing the float switch the pump can also be used as a utility pump. The 1-1/2 inch discharge allows for high volume pumping.
The 92511 model comes with an intake screen that filters out large debris reducing clogging and extending the life of the pump. The screen is removable for easy cleaning.
